In collaboration with our client Balfour Beatty, TMS not only delivered but exceeded client expectations completing repairs to East Pier and West Pier in the Yorkshire coast town of Whitby for Scarborough Council ahead of schedule.
Dimco a subsidiary of DEME, were instructed by their client NuStar Oil to demolish and re-build sections of the exiting shipping terminal jetties at the NuStar terminal at Grays, Gravesend on the River Thames. Prior to any new construction, the construction areas and berthing areas required a full UXO survey, with ALARP mitigation.

In 2015, a 12m long section of Plymouth’s historic Millbay Marina masonry quay wall collapsed into the marina, leading to washout and undermining of the quayside above it. Working for the Homes and Communities Agency, TMS were engaged for this 14 week project to repair the quay wall and replace pontoon berths that were also damaged during the collapse.
Teignmouth Maritime Services were contracted by BAM Nuttall to carry out various scopes of work at the Sea Terminal in Douglas Harbour, Isle of Man. These consisted of scour protection to the two Ro Ro ferry berths, linkspan hoist tower piles life extension (consisting of repair sleeve and denso sea shield), installing a new fender pile and repairs to previously damaged piles; and sea shield work to the three walkway dolphins that are situated within Douglas Harbour.
