TMS Maritime were appointed the Design and Build restoration and refurbishment contract for works to Newquay Harbours North Pier. The North Pier is of mortared granite masonry construction built in the mid 19th century and is grade 2 listed.

Cremyll View Sea Wall Repairs

In May 2017, TMS Ltd commenced work at Cremyll View in Cornwall for Cornwall Council, carrying out repairs to the damaged sea walls at four separate locations on the Mount Edgcumbe Estate – England’s largest Country Park.
